CHADIS Information

By early 2026, the CHADIS button on our website will be the location where families can access the developmental and mental health screenings that are performed by our office at the intervals recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.  These age-specific screenings help us properly keep track of your child's development in speech and language, motor skills, and social skills, as well as keep an eye out for early symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other behavioral concerns.  The system will automatically send appropriate questionnaires to families in advance of a child's well visit appointment. 

We have already been doing these important screenings by giving parents and children paper questionnaires to complete in the office, or by linking to the Ages and Stages Questionnaires through our website.  This new service via CHADIS will allow families to receive the screeners before their scheduled appointments so that we can be able to review the information in time, and also reduce your time filling out papers in the office.  We will make sure to announce to our patients when the CHADIS button is active, so stayed tuned for announcements via email or Facebook.  Click the button below for some FAQs on the CHADIS website.
