About Milestones Pediatrics
Milestones Pediatrics opened in January 2009 in a small office in Franklin Lakes. At the time, Dr. Michaels was the sole physician in the practice. Since then, we have grown from zero patients and one doctor to having the privilege of working with four physicians caring for thousands of children in our area.
In 2015, we relocated from the small house in Franklin Lakes to our current office in Oakland. Our four physicians are all board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and stay current on ever-evolving and improving scientific guidelines to deliver the best, most up-to-date health care to our young patients.
Our mission is to offer each patient the highest level of thorough, personalized care. We partner with parents to be advocates for their children, and eventually partner with kids as they mature and can advocate for themselves. We want our patients to live their healthiest, fullest life possible, and we stress continuity of care by providing a "medical home" where your children can grow and thrive.
